Upcoming Community Events – Join Us This Fall!

As we count down to Ocean State Card Con on December 7, we’re keeping the energy going with a series of free, family-friendly events at local libraries. These monthly craft nights and game sessions are a chance to connect, create, and celebrate everything we love about cards.

Here’s what’s coming up:

• Button Making – Tuesday, August 19, 5–7 pm, Weaver Library (East Providence)
  Use trading cards, packaging, and more to make awesome buttons to take home.
• Book Covers & Decorating – Monday, September 8, 5–7 pm, Cumberland Library
  Get ready for the school year by making paper bag book covers and decorating them with stickers, markers, and collage materials.
• Learn to Play Disney Lorcana – Monday, September 29, 5–7 pm, Warwick Library
  A beginner-friendly introduction to the Disney Lorcana trading card game.
• Learn to Play Disney Lorcana – Monday, October 6, 5–7 pm, Cumberland Library
  Another chance to dive into Lorcana for new and returning players.
• DIY Card Dividers – Monday, October 20, 5–7 pm, Warwick Library
  Design and craft custom card dividers to organize your collection with style.

These events are all free and open to all ages, with materials and light refreshments provided. They’re also a great way to meet fellow collectors, crafters, and card game fans as we head toward the big day in December.
